  • Andre Mamprin, is Leader of Knowledge Architecture at The Next Institute. As a catalyst for Accelerating Smart Growth, Next is a recognized leader in the field of Strategic Enterprise Design working in a wide range of industries across North America.

    A Designer, Explorer, Ecologist, Developer and Alchemist, Andre Mamprin has been a student of both the Art and the Science of Strategy and Leadership for more than two decades.

    His work developing leaders, designing leadership learning content and delivering programs to more than 20,000 Leaders as Leader of Knowledge Architecture at The Next Institute and as Executive Director of The Banff Centre for Management, has created foundations for meaningful change.

    Adjacent to his role at Next, Andre is currently working on several start-ups including UpLift Studio Lab a story telling unit of the Next Institute and The Next Learner Space a global initiative to develop leadership skills for highly enterprising youth. He is the co-author of the recently published book Teaching the Dinosaur to Dance – Moving Beyond Business as Usual. He holds a Master’s Degree in Knowledge Ecologies.

    He has translated his experience as both a leader and entrepreneur in the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Banking industries to designing and delivering intricate and often large-scale solutions for an array of blue-chip organizations across North America.

    As a dynamic speaker and facilitator, Patricia captivates audiences with her storytelling and expertly navigates difficult conversations. Her unique coaching style, rooted in curiosity and deep listening, empowers clients to identify obstacles, articulate challenges, and uncover hidden opportunities. She helps them find their voice, turn vision into strategy, and lead with unwavering confidence.
