2026 AGM Voting Package

We're looking forward to welcoming our members and the broader nonprofit community to the Nonprofit Chamber's 2026 Annual General Meeting & Fall Social on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.

What to expect:
The formal AGM runs from 2:30–3:30 PM and will include a welcome from President & CEO Angie Gélinas, official business chaired by Board Chair Bjorn Johansson, and key votes on the 2025/26 audited financial statements, appointment of auditors for 2026/27, and renewal of the Board. We'll also take time to recognize departing board members Esmahan Razavi, Margaret Durojaiye, and James Gottselig for their service.

Following the business meeting, we'll move into the Annual Report & Year in Review, a Hard Questions Panel, and a sector reception from 3:30–5:30 PM — a chance to connect, reflect, and celebrate.

Your AGM package — including the agenda, signed 2025 minutes, audited financials, and board bios — is available to download below. If you're unable to attend in person, you can assign a proxy to vote on your behalf.
