Dear Members and Nonprofit Community,
We're looking forward to welcoming you to the Nonprofit Chamber's 2025 Annual General Meeting & Fall Social! This event is a chance to celebrate our sector's achievements, reflect on the past year, and look ahead to what's next for Alberta's nonprofits.
If you're not yet a member, we hope this time of connection and reflection offers a glimpse into the impact and community that come with being a part of the Chamber. And to our members - thank you. Your continued support has carried us through a year of exciting transition and growth.
During the AGM, you'll hear from our new CEO, Angie Gélinas, and our Board Chair, Bjorn Johannson. We also have special guest Mayor-Elect Jeromy Farkas joining our program to share some remarks! We'll be addressing some official business, including:
Approving the minutes from the September 2024 AGM (page 2)
Reviewing the 2024/25 Financial Statements (page 7)
Appointing auditors
Electing new board members (meet them on page 19).
If you're not attending in person, you can assign a proxy to vote on your behalf at the meeting. Please fill out the following: Assign a Proxy Form.
